Slow car ahead
What it shows
Section titled “What it shows”Shows up to three slow or stopped cars ahead. Yellow: slow; orange: very slow; red: stopped. Includes number, severity and distance. No track side is shown because the telemetry cannot identify it.
URL options
Section titled “URL options”distanceM=500 sets maximum distance (50–1000 m). rows=3 limits the list to 1–3 cars. hideEmpty=0 shows an empty state with valid telemetry and no warnings.
Calculations and limits
Section titled “Calculations and limits”Speed is estimated from track progress. Stopped means ≤2 m/s; moving cars must be below half their reference pace with at least 5 m/s closing speed. The condition must persist for 0.4 s. This does not confirm an obstacle in your lane. Pit, garage, retired and individually finished cars are excluded; off-track cars with valid positions can still warn.

Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”Data is processed on the PC. Faster cars uses the shared privacy formatter; Slow car ahead uses only car numbers. Account IDs are not published. OBS shares visible content when you stream or record that source.
